Love is in the air… and so is the scent of a mighty tasty filet.
They say Valentine’s Day is a girls’ holiday, but we’re pretty sure the fellas don’t mind a night on the town with their lovely ladies and the best cut of beef on a Thursday night.
You won’t have any problem finding somewhere romantic to dine for Valentine’s Day this year. From a chocolate bar and historic properties to a movie theatre and downtown classic picks, here’s the official roundup of Valentines Day Dinners:
*Be sure to note the date – some restaurants are offering dinner only on February 14th, while others are extending the dinners through the weekend. Reservations highly recommended at all locations.
Five-Course Valentine’s Dinner | One Block West

From course options like the Piquillo Stuffed Peppers with Sweet and Sour Pork, fork-tender Bison Short Ribs, Maple-Glazed Grilled Quail, and White Chocolate and Pecan Bread Pudding, this five-course dinner sounds delish.
Valentine’s Lover Menu | L’auberge Provencal
Offered 2.14 – 2.18; 5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. | Prices Not Listed
Choose from a 3, 5 or special lover’s menu for 2. Each valentine will be greeted with a beautiful rose and box of house-made chocolates by their in-house pastry chef.
Valentine’s Day Dinner | Inn at Vaucluse Spring
2.14 | 7 p.m. | $66.50 per person
Enjoy a romantic night in the country. The inn will be aglow with candlelight and romance. And amazing food.
Beat the Rush Valentine’s Dinner | Union Jack Pub

Hard to find a sitter on Friday and Saturday? Don’t want to deal with the crowds or long waits those days? Make a reservation for a romantic dinner on their new and improved third floor and be automatically entered into a drawing. Winners will get a dinner for two at the Pub (winner announced Friday the 15th.) Plus champagne and dessert specials for couples with our Valentine’s Day dinner specials (see site.)
Celebrate Love in the Blue Ridge Valentine’s Dinner & Movie | Alamo Drafthouse

Yes, there’s time for a romantic dinner and a movie on a work night—and they make it easy for you by combining the two. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema with Go Blue Ridge Travel will feature the movie Safe Haven and includes a gourmet, four-course dinner featuring a drink of choice, live music, door prizes, and a souvenier photo!

A four-course romantic dinner featuring tasty things like baked brie with local apples, house-made beet fettuccini, Asian lasagna, and chocolate lava cake. Because what V-day is complete without chocolate?
Four-Course Valentine’s Wine Dinner | Historic Jordan Springs
2.15 | 6 p.m. | $55 per person
Four courses paired with wine for just $55? Sounds like one of the best options in town.
