Winchester’s Blues House Festival is the largest Blues music festival in the Northern Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. Now going into its 13th year, the festival is an event run entirely by volunteers that depends heavily on sponsorship and ticket sales to make donations to non-profit beneficiaries. 2011 proceeds from the festival will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County, Virginia. Pavilion is located behind the Eagles Club and Solenberger Hardware off of Berryville Ave (VA Rt. 7). Limited parking area at Eagles Club, and plenty of free parking next door in the Apple Valley Market Place – home of Navy Federal Credit Union, CVS Pharmacy, The Centre For Fitness, Solenberger Hardware, and Long John Silvers on Berryville Ave
