Winchester’s Blues House Festival is the largest Blues music festival in the Northern Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. Now going into its 13th year, the festival is an event run entirely by volunteers that depends heavily on sponsorship and ticket sales to make donations to non-profit beneficiaries. 2011 proceeds from the festival will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County, Virginia.
